Maybe try describing the packages and prices. When the only place you can prices is a FB picture that's in Thai and can't be translated it doesn't do much.
I remember in Chang Rai there were fair few bars but as you say girls on phones and there was a small bar and bit run down but the girls was active in attracting customers, So me and 4 other mates chose that and had a great time to the extent when the bar close all the staff took us to a local outdoor restraunt for dinner/breakfast at the end we ended up with the choice of girls and no bar fined.
And did that during the whole week only each of us paid the dinner for the night which was not much but the staff was what made the difference between them and others.

Damn I love seafood, you're bloody making me jealous now. I managed to scoff 24 oysters once at the Mantra. Seems like they have a fairly good wine selection as well, plate full of fresh seafood, bottle of decent white. Bring it on!.
Perfect place to take a lady for romantic meal.
I know business and staff need more tourists, but living Thailand at moment must be strange to go Koi Samui and have fabulous beach to your self , wide open sand no people, spent long time koi Samui still remember driving bike over rickety bridge get over the lake get green mango pub , those days will never return 😳😳
that absolutely looks like a fantastic place..I love seafood so I will definitely check it out, as I haven't found any outstanding place in Pattaya that serves really good seafood..added to the list..thanks for the great info and review Buzzin
looks fantastic must go there.last weekend i was at the pullman hotel naklua,same deal but better location.you sit in front of the ocean, you must go there
