What can I say Daz! I recently stayed at the vogue in one of the junior suites, and all I can say is they must keep certain rooms available for YouTubers to check out when they come knocking to do reviews! After watching your review of the vogue and looking at the photos, I booked myself in for 6 nights a couple of weeks ago! As soon as I let myself into the room I knew I had made a mistake! It was nowhere as nice as the room they let you go around, in fact it was rather tired looking, and really could do with a makeover! I can't knock the staff, as they were great, but disappointed I was! In fact, I had already booked a room for my future trip in September, but after staying here decided to cancel that booking! It has to be said, that there are nicer places in and about the same price range that I would consider 1st

Rooms are good but don't go near the fitness room.
I stayed at the Vogue for 4n in Oct.Nice decent rooms,good price.But both pools were very murky.I think needed a clean.But still enjoyed my stay.Wifi was hit and miss.

Be careful guys! Pre Covid the Vogue hotel was a tour bus hotel. Busloads of chinese and indian families would arrive at all hours of the night and day. So the big parking area in front of the hotel would have 4 or 5 busses in the morning and evenings sitting there with their engines going, waiting to take the holidaygoers to their next destination.
This also means that the Hotel is smoking friendly. Now it is possible that the stench has been removed during Covid, but if it were me, I wouldn't take a chance.
Today, it looks like no tours. However during busy season starting Nov and Dec and Jan, you may be unpleasantly surprised.
Hi Daz, thank you for the overview of the Vogue. Have booked for 2 weeks in November for £20 a night inc Breakfast….fantastic value and brilliant location with 2 pools, a gym and decent restaurant. ( Guest friendly a bonus !! )

I like your videos on budget hotels in Pattaya but I would like to make 2 comments… When in bathroom of the old hotels look down at the floor under the shower. Does the shower area have barriers to stop the water flowing all over the bathroom?
Also good that you film the TV because these days a flat screen TV is preferable.
I think you can end the "looking for a friend" line. Imo you will find they are more than happy to show you anyway. If they ask, go to your story…. Fwiw
I love the videos……. go check out golden sea that’s one of my favorite discount motels on Soi Buakow. Also go talk to John Walsh at Nemo’s Massage. His rooms above the massage shop are amazing value..
afew of my friends stayed at the vogue last april the decking round the pool was lethal they said but it looks like they have changed it ,before covid i stayed at nalanta no pool but great hotel just off burkhao

Thank you for posting this video, after watching this I have just booked 21 nights in the vogue for December. Normally stay above The Devonshire down soi lengkee and didn't even know the vogue was there. Great find and very reasonably priced.

On my first visit there in 2019 I stayed at The Drunkin Duck on LK Metro and not knowing I was where the best partying is I went to Walking Street at night when I should have stayed put.
On another note during my entire trip in Thailand ( Bangkok & Pattaya )
I did not use the hotel safes in fear that some employee has to have the master code so I always had all my cash with me and that made me uncomfortable as well.
Do you trust the hotel safes ?
Have you ever heard of anyone having their money come up missing from a hotel safe ?

I paid 450 Baht a night for 3 weeks.
This place is run down, the rooms are not cleaned to a good standard, mirror was dirty, shower with mould, dust on just about every surface. The area around swimming pool tired. Yes it’s cheap and you get what you pay for and breakfasts are not worth

It would be highly appreciated if you could do a vlog on the best hotels with large well-kitted gyms, ideally in Buakhao area. As of now i always have to stay in A-One hotels or Fairtex as these have fully functioning fitness centres, but they are far from where we like to go for action of an evening. Many thanks

You are doing great work. I wish I had this channel ten years ago. I got fleeced when I went to Pattaya in 2012. I remember I spent $300 on drinks in one night because I got swamped by bar girls. Interesting fact is I was there as a child in 1987 when it was still practically just a fisherman’s town.
The Vogue is cheap because they used to cater mostly to large groups of Chinese and now they need to find new clientel the same as P Plus hotel on Soi Excite
Stayed there in june rooms great value for the money pool was always empty great location soon has you leave hotel straight in the action i always stay high floor front of the hotel great views and quiet.

I’ve been coming to Pattaya for a long time but haven’t been for 4 years, just booked flights to come over for 3 weeks this November. I usually book a hotel for the full period that I’m there, but this time around I thought I might book my usual place for 3-4 days and then extend if I’m happy with the place (in case it’s not what it was pre Covid) … if not I can move on to something else possibly 🤔
You have any idea what the occupancy rate is in Pattaya at the moment ? Don’t want to arrive and find Pattaya totally booked out ! Judging by all your videos it doesn’t look overly busy.

Next to pailin house you can see it from the second room balcony is opey de place, very good value with a nice pool, just a suggestion for another video, soi langkee is a great spot
